Al Ain Zoo is a zoo in Al Ain, the garden city of Abu Dhabi emirate, and one of the largest zoological parks in the Arabian Peninsula. Home to more than 4,000 animals across roughly 200 species, the zoo spans a substantial desert landscape and has been a centre for wildlife conservation and breeding programmes since its founding in 1968.
