The Teplice Royal Spa and Castle Day Trip is a self-guided day excursion from Prague to Teplice, Central Europe's oldest spa town, combining castle access, historic churches, and a narrated train ride through the spa centre. The trip runs approximately 11 hours and uses the Premiant eGuide smartphone app, available in 9 languages, to guide visitors through the town's layered history. Teplice drew Beethoven and Goethe to its thermal waters, and the town erected a statue to Mozart despite him never having set foot here. That curiosity alone sets the tone for what is a genuinely fact-rich outing from Prague.

The itinerary takes in the Temple of the Holy Cross Exaltation, which holds the remains of St. Clarus, the 4th-century martyr who became the patron saint of the spa. Visitors then tour Teplice Castle and the Church of St. Bartholomew before boarding a train through the historic spa quarter with audio commentary running throughout. Tickets cover return transport from the starting point at Na Příkopě 23, the eGuide app licence, and all listed site visits. Entrance to the Thermálium thermal bath and lunch are not included, and the trip is not suitable for wheelchair users. Booking is subject to a before-date cancellation policy.
