Sintra & Cascais: Guided E-Bike Tour from Lisbon

This guided e-bike tour covers a full-day route from Lisbon out to Sintra, along the Atlantic coast, and into Cascais, running approximately seven hours in total. The tour departs on foot from 7A Largo Severa before taking the train to Sintra, a UNESCO World Heritage Site set in the Serra de Sintra hills roughly 30 kilometres northwest of Lisbon. In Sintra, the route passes Regaleira Palace, Seteais Palace, and Monserrate Palace, with time to try the local queijada, the traditional cheesecake associated with Sintra National Palace. All riding is done on Bosch-assisted e-bikes, which manage the hilly terrain between sites.

From Sintra, the route continues west to Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of continental Europe, then south along the coast via the Peninha Sanctuary and Guincho Beach before finishing in Cascais, a historic resort town on the Estoril coast. A lunch stop at a local restaurant is included in the day. Tickets cover the Bosch e-bike, helmet, insurance, bottled water, a Sintra cupcake, and the train ticket back to Lisbon. Admission to any monuments along the route is not included and is paid separately. The tour is not suitable for wheelchair users, and cancellations are accepted before the scheduled timeslot.
