The performance runs for 80 minutes, so plan to arrive with enough time to find your seats, settle in, and, if your ticket includes a dining package, allow staff to serve your first course before the show begins. Arriving early also gives you a chance to visit the bar and restaurant Nektar, which is not included in the ticket price.
Seating and the auditorium
The theatre is arranged in tiered seating areas, with options ranging from premium centre seats to stage-side tables and the best positions in the house, depending on the package you have chosen. Each tier is paired with a different food and drink offering, so your seat and your dining experience are linked. Check your booking confirmation to know exactly which area to head to on arrival.
During the show
Switch your phone to silent and keep it away during the performance.
Photography and recording are not permitted while the show is in progress.
Food and drink served as part of your package will be timed around the performance; additional purchases are available separately.
Latecomers may be held at the entrance until a suitable break in the show.
