Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo: Entry Ticket + Ray Encounter Tickets

The Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo is an aquatic attraction in Downtown Dubai, located on Floor 2 of Dubai Mall, housing one of the world's largest collections of sand tiger sharks and featuring a vast acrylic panel tunnel that allows visitors to walk beneath millions of litres of water. The facility spans multiple zones across the aquarium tunnel, Underwater Zoo, Penguin Cove, and a dedicated Ray Encounter platform, making it one of the more comprehensive marine attractions among Dubai attractions.

Entry covers full access to the aquarium tunnel, Underwater Zoo, and Penguin Cove, plus a guided behind-the-scenes tour of the facility. The Ray Encounter is the centrepiece of this ticket: visitors step onto a specially designed interactive platform to hand-feed Eagle Rays and Cow Nose Rays as they breach the surface to accept fish. Beyond the rays, the Underwater Zoo features Asian small-clawed otters, king crocodiles, and penguins. Tickets also include an AED 10 food and beverage voucher at the Aquarium Cafe and an AED 20 retail shop voucher (subject to a minimum AED 40 purchase). The glass-bottom boat tour, fish feeding sessions, and on-site photography packages are not included and can be added separately.
