The Etisalat 5G/4G Tourist SIM Card is a prepaid mobile data product available across the United Arab Emirates, covering Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and beyond. Etisalat, now branded as e&, operates one of the UAE's two licensed national networks and provides 5G coverage across major urban centres. The SIM card is available for collection at Dubai Airport Terminals 1, 2, and 3, Abu Dhabi Airport, Sharjah Airport, and at Etisalat stores throughout the country. Visitors can choose between a physical SIM or an eSIM at the point of collection, making it compatible with a wide range of devices.

Data packages range from 4GB up to unlimited, depending on the option selected at booking, and are valid for 24 hours from activation. The card connects to the 5G and 4G network, suitable for navigation, ride-hailing apps, and general browsing while travelling across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE. Top-up data packs can be added either at collection or remotely during the trip. Note that outgoing calls and text messages are not included. Booking covers the SIM or eSIM unit and the preloaded data allowance as selected, with wheelchair-accessible collection points available at the major airport terminals.
