Phi Phi Islands: Boat Tour + Roundtrip Transfer from Khao Lak at Day Trips from Khao Lak

The Phi Phi Islands boat tour is a full-day excursion departing from Khao Lak, combining private road transfers with shared speedboat crossings and a private longtail boat ride around the Phi Phi archipelago in Krabi province. The tour runs approximately 14 hours in total and covers some of the most photographed coastline in southern Thailand, including Maya Bay, the sheltered cove made famous by the 2000 film The Beach, filmed in Krabi. Once at Phi Phi, the private longtail boat takes visitors to Pileh Lagoon, a sheltered emerald inlet enclosed by limestone cliffs, and on to Monkey Bay, where macaques gather along the shoreline. Viking Cave, decorated with ancient boat paintings and a working swiftlet nest-harvesting operation, is also on the route, along with a snorkelling stop in clear coastal waters. Free time on Phi Phi Don allows independent exploration of the main village and beaches. Tickets cover the private hotel pickup and drop-off in Khao Lak, both speedboat legs, the longtail boat, a lunch box, snacks, water, and snorkelling equipment. The national park fee and a 20 Baht island fee per person are paid separately on arrival.
