Sakishima Cosmo Tower Observatory is a landmark in Osaka's Suminoe Ward, situated on the 55th floor of one of the tallest buildings in the Osaka Bay area. The observation deck sits 252 metres above ground, offering unobstructed views across Osaka Bay, the city skyline, and the surrounding Kansai region. The tower, completed in 1995, is part of the Sakishima district's waterfront development and remains one of the highest publicly accessible viewpoints in western Japan. Visitors with mobility requirements will find the facility fully wheelchair accessible.

From the 55th floor, the panorama takes in the bay to the south and the dense urban grid of Osaka stretching northward toward the city centre. Daytime visits reveal the full extent of the coastline and the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge in clear conditions, while evening visits show the city lights spread across the plain below.
