5 Day JR Kansai Wide Area Pass at Osaka

The 5 Day JR Kansai Wide Area Pass is a rail pass for travel across the Kansai and wider western Japan region, sold in Tokyo. It grants unlimited rides on JR lines covering Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe, Nara, Hiroshima, and the San'in coast, including the Shinkansen on designated segments such as the Sanyo line between Shin-Osaka and Hakata.

Holders can also access the Haruka limited express to Kansai International Airport and selected JR West lines not covered by the standard Kansai Area Pass. The pass is valid for five consecutive days from first use. Tickets are available for foreign visitors and must be exchanged at a JR ticket office upon arrival.
