Booked 18.30, got there before 18.00 and were placed in a 19.00 boat, so we basically wasted our time waiting on a very hot day. While waiting on the line to board, a huge group (aprox 40/50 people) was told to board before everyone else, basically cutting the line... which resulted in having very poor seats. My understanding is that the operator "merged" the 18.30 and 19.00 so instead of two "half boats" they had an overcrowded one. They can obviously claim it was within the legal occupancy, but surely nobody wants to do a sightseeing tour on the lower deck - where you have the bar and darkened windows that really prevent you from enjoying the views. Finally, I was very frustrated with your service, because I realized that the same tour costed a lot less in other websites. For instance, Groupon was offering the exact same trip for $61.52, aprox 40% less than what headout charged!”
