  • “The ticketing experience with Headout was seamless. Although, on receiving the ticket, there was no bar code, QR code, nothing. I was like, "how are they gonna identify my 'ticket'?" Honestly, it seemed sus. I thought maybe they'll see my ID on check-in and confirm with their list. To be fair, Headout did suggest to take my ID with me. Anyway, after getting there, they just let people in! No ID, no names, nothing. Just a guy with a clicker counter counting the number of people entering. Pure Japanese trust-based system. Then I guess it made sense why the Headout ticket didn't have any identification other than the booking ID (which I believe is Headout specific). As for the cruise itself, you can wait inside in the Lady Crystal Cruise's place, which is right there at the mentioned location. You don't have to keep waiting on the deck and wonder where the rest of the people are, like we did xD”
