Interlaken: Guided Raclette Rafting

Guided Raclette Rafting is a scenic float trip on the river between Bönigen and Interlaken, combining a live-guided rafting experience with a traditional Swiss raclette dinner served on the water. The route passes through the Bernese Oberland landscape that makes Interlaken one of Switzerland's most visited alpine towns, with views of the surrounding mountains framing the journey from start to finish. The trip departs from 95 Höheweg, where guides run a safety briefing and fit all participants with life jackets before boarding.

Once on the raft, guests are served melted raclette cheese, potatoes, and white wine as the group drifts downstream, with warm tea and fleece blankets also available. The guide covers the history and craft of raclette cheese during the float, making it as much a food experience as an outdoor one. The trip ends near the starting point in Interlaken. Tickets cover the raclette dinner, white wine, warm tea, blankets, and life jacket. Warm clothing is not provided and guests are advised to bring their own.
