Make your way to Lausanne Ouchy pier, at 1 Quai Jean-Pascal Delamuraz, in good time before your chosen crossing. With up to 15 departures a day, services run frequently, but arriving a few minutes early gives you time to board comfortably. Each crossing to Évian takes 35 minutes, and your ticket covers the return journey too.
Seating is available throughout the boat. Standard tickets include access to the main passenger areas, while a first-class ticket also opens up the upper decks, which offer wider views across the lake. Photography is welcome on deck, so keep your camera to hand. As with any passenger vessel, be mindful of other travellers and follow any crew instructions during the crossing.
