Cannabis Museum Amsterdam

The Cannabis Museum Amsterdam occupies a historic canal house on the Oudezijds Achterburgwal, one of the oldest streets in the city, placing it firmly within Amsterdam's medieval centre. The museum traces the full history of cannabis across centuries and continents, examining its roles in medicine, industry, religion, and culture through a permanent collection of artefacts, botanical specimens, and archival material. The current entry ticket includes an audio guide, allowing visitors to explore the collection at their own pace with detailed commentary on each exhibit.
