The tour combines Champagne education with hands-on tastings, including an explanation of Champagne production methods and the distinct regions behind the bottles poured.

Across the three hours, guests sample five food pairings chosen to complement the Champagnes served, with selections from prestigious houses matched to pastries, charcuterie, and aged cheeses sourced directly from the artisans visited. The guide closes the tour with a practical lesson on food and wine pairing principles.
