Arrive in good time before your chosen entry slot, as the viewpoint can become busy and you will want to make the most of the open platform. Early morning visits tend to offer the clearest light and the calmest conditions for taking in the bay.

Getting around the venue

The highlight of the site is the glass skywalk, which sits 80 metres above the Andaman Sea. The floor is made up of triple-layered glass panels, so visitors can look directly down to the water below. If your ticket includes the buffet breakfast, this is served at the Horizon Restaurant on site. Any included food and beverage credit can be used at the venue's outlets.

• Wear clean, flat-soled footwear suitable for a glass surface.
• Keep personal belongings secure on the open platform, particularly in windy conditions.
• Be considerate of other visitors when taking photographs, and avoid blocking the walkway.
