Arrival and timing

Your fast track ticket lets you skip the standard queue at the entrance, so head straight to the fast track lane when you arrive. Give yourself a few minutes to get your bearings before making for the attractions you most want to try, as the park covers a good amount of ground. Lockers are included with your ticket, so you can stow your belongings securely before heading to the water.

Getting around the park

• The ticket covers the water slides, pool area, lazy river, and the children's area known as Little Water World.
• The zipline, climbing wall, and obstacle course are optional extras not included in the ticket price and can be booked separately on the day.
• Animal encounters are also an additional cost, though sea lion and dolphin shows are worth checking the daily schedule for when you arrive.
• Wear or bring appropriate swimwear, and consider water shoes for comfort around the slides and pool decks.

During your visit

Keep your phone and valuables in your locker before using the slides or pool. Photography policies vary by area, particularly around the animal shows, so follow any posted signs or staff guidance. Sun protection is advisable given the open-air layout of the park.
