Napoleon - The Immersive Saga Paris is a virtual reality experience at Virtual Room Paris, placing visitors inside key moments of Napoleon Bonaparte's life through a 30-minute guided narrative. Developed by Sandora in collaboration with a scientific committee of historians and heritage institutions, the experience is grounded in historical research rather than dramatised fiction. The starting point is 52 Rue du Louvre, close to the heart of central Paris.

The narrative opens on the island of Saint Helena in 1817, where Napoleon spent his final years in exile, and moves through the defining episodes of his career: military victories, political consolidation, major defeats, and the circumstances of his removal from power. Each scene is constructed to reflect the documented historical record, giving the sequence a factual backbone that distinguishes it from entertainment-led productions.

What to expect

Visitors wear a VR headset for the full 30-minute session. The experience moves through several reconstructed scenes, each representing a distinct phase of Napoleon's life, from his rise through the French Revolutionary Wars to the campaigns that shaped and ultimately ended his rule. The format allows visitors to observe events from within the scene rather than watching them on a flat screen, giving a sense of spatial presence in each historical setting.

Entry tickets cover the full 30-minute VR session. The venue is wheelchair accessible, and the experience runs as a fixed-duration programme, making it straightforward to fit into a broader day of sightseeing.
