From the beginning being checked off at the meeting point by a lovely young man to setting off with Antonello. He was most informative, great humor and lots of extra information like places to eat. Would definitely recommend the underground experience. Crowds not too bad for 1pm and Antonello made sure we were on time for our slot. A few checks of paperwork and a bag scan were easy. Just make sure your name matches your id.”
