About the venue

About this venue

The Museum of Ice Cream in Singapore occupies a colourful multi-storey space along Dempsey Road, transforming a cluster of former colonial-era buildings into an immersive attraction built entirely around the theme of ice cream. Originally conceived in New York in 2016, the Singapore outpost opened as the brand's first permanent international location, making it a notable addition to the city's growing landscape of experiential destinations.

Visitors move through a series of themed installations and interactive rooms, each designed to engage the senses through colour, texture, and playful design. The experience includes the Museum's signature sprinkle pool, a walk-through banana split room, and a rotating selection of ice cream tastings woven throughout the journey. Dempsey Hill itself, a leafy enclave of repurposed military barracks, provides a distinctive setting that sets this venue apart from Singapore's more central attractions.
