“The dome access was wonderful and the sights were breathtaking. Would do again. Only thing is the long wait. We waited in line for 2 hours.”

“Visiting the Vatican and St. Peter's is a unique experience and north's should not be missed on your Rome visit. Guide Ricardo made the wait bearable and sometimes outright enjoyable with his explanations and helpful insights. My main issue is with the description of the ticket and reality. "Reserved entry", "timeslot" and "special entrance" while at the same time referring to the otherwise long waiting lines leads to believe there is a special line for people booking these tours. However we also spent 3h queueing around St Peter's square and that is not what I imagine when buying a "reserved entry" ticket as this was the general linearity everybody else. In a nutshell: great visit, helpful staff but misleading description, you have to wait in line with thousands of others ensuring the Roman sunshine”

“Un ingresso con coda che poteva andare meglio perché il personale con le pettorine gialle mostrandogli il Qr code hanno inizialmente detto che non andava bene e che non sapevano, un altro che il bliglietto acquistato era solo per l'audio guida, fino a che un addetto evidentemente più preparato ci ha indicato la fila corretta (che era quella imboccata all'inizio). Tolto questo piccolo inconveniente il resto si è svolto come da aspettative. L'audio guida utile. Peccato per i biglietti esauriti per visitare la cupola salvo poi dover fare la coda all'interno per poter acquistare i biglietti. La basilica è di una bellezza e maestosità unica!!”

“The meeting site was hard to find. The address on the info sent to us wasn't the place we were to meet! But... we were delayed by crowds on our basilica tour so we were late arriving at the meeting site. The tour host went out of her way to get us to the museum and through security even though our group had already gone through! Overall! Great job!”

“Ich habe zwar eine E-Mail bekommen, aber da waren keine Tickets angehängt. Das wurde im Online-Chat behoben. Die Anweisungen für die Ankunftszeit waren verwirrend. An einer Stelle heißt es, komme 15 Minuten vorher, an anderer Stelle steht, komme mindestens 2 Stunden vorher wegen der Einlasskontrollen.”

“Goed georganiseerd ( ook de 1 mei aankondiging). Ik zou het zo weer doen. De Engelse Mis hebben we kunnen bijwonen was een cadeautje. De bediening van de sudiotour was niet voor iedereen gemakkelijk te bedienen. Soms moest vanaf het begin weer worden opgestart.”

“This ticket is a solid upgrade if you want to experience St. Peter’s Basilica without wasting time figuring things out on the spot—and the dome access is the real highlight. The “reserved entry” part helps, but manage expectations. Entry to the basilica itself is technically free, and you still have to go through security, which can take time during busy hours. What you’re really getting is a smoother, more organized entry process and often a host to guide you in, which is helpful in a place that can feel chaotic. The dome climb is where this ticket pays off. Going up St. Peter’s Dome gives you one of the best views in Rome—panoramic, unobstructed, and worth the effort. You can take an elevator part of the way, but there are still hundreds of narrow, steep steps, so it’s not ideal if you’re claustrophobic or have mobility issues. Inside the basilica, you get access to masterpieces like Pietà by Michelangelo and the sheer scale of the space is impressive even if you’ve seen photos. Bottom line: Worth it if the dome is on your list—which it should be. Just don’t expect VIP access; expect convenience and a better overall flow.”
