The experience is self-paced, so you can spend as long as you like on each deck. Arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time for security checks. You'll need to present valid photo ID along with your booking confirmation. Coin lockers are available on the first floor of Foot Town if you need to store bags.

Children aged 0-3 enter free when accompanied by a paying adult. The tour is wheelchair accessible, though wheelchairs must be no larger than 700mm x 1200mm, and accessible restrooms are only available on the Main Deck and Foot Town levels. Only drinks purchased in the Maple Lounge may be consumed in the lounge area.
