Miami: Nature & Island Exploration on SUP/Kayak is a four-hour guided paddling tour along Miami's Intracoastal Waterway, departing from 10800 Collins Avenue in North Miami. The session begins with a guide covering basic paddling technique before the group sets out by stand-up paddleboard or kayak across Biscayne Bay, heading to a series of spoil islands formed from dredged sediment deposited during the bay's development.

Along the route, participants look for wading birds, crabs, fish, iguanas, raccoons, and occasional dolphins in the surrounding water. The pace is relaxed and oriented around the natural environment rather than distance. A mid-tour break includes a swim stop and a fresh fruit snack alongside a selection of drinks, with unlimited beer, hard seltzers, and bottled water included throughout. Tickets cover the SUP or kayak, life vest, guide, all snacks, and drinks for the full four hours. Wheelchair access is not available for this activity.
