“The checkin process was chaotic. Too may tours scheduled for the meeting point at the same start time. The guided tour was so busy, I thought the advantage of the early morning tour would be to avoid peak times. It felt like all the guided tours companies were starting at the same time and the experience was spoilt by not being exclusive. The tour guide was informative but the overall experience was tainted because of the clash with other guided tours. I feel waiting a couple of hours paying the entry fee of €20 and going it alone would have been a more enjoyable experience.”
