It’s not every day you get to connect with such majestic animals in such a personal way. The setting of the zoo itself is lush and well-maintained, and the team made sure everything felt safe, respectful, and animal-focused. You could tell the elephants are loved and well cared for. If you're in Bali and looking for something meaningful, interactive, and memorable - this is it. Worth every cent. “The activity was cancelled just as we began, so we didn't get to actually do the activity. It spoilt the day as we had 3 upset children who were really looking forward to the ehephabt experience, this was supposed to be a memorable end to our holiday in Bali which was memorable for the wrong reasons. I'm yet to hear back about being refunded”
