The Phillip Island Penguins Express Tour is a full-day guided tour departing from Flinders Street in Melbourne, travelling to Phillip Island to see the famous Little Penguin colony at the Penguin Parade. Phillip Island sits roughly 140 kilometres south-east of Melbourne, and the Penguin Parade at Summerland Beach has been drawing visitors since the 1920s, when the colony was first formally protected. The tour also stops at the Nobbies headland and Seal Rocks, where the rugged coastal geology and resident Australian fur seals provide a strong natural history context before the main evening event.

On arrival at the Nobbies, guests take in the sea-carved rock formations and views across to Seal Rocks, home to one of the largest Australian fur seal colonies in the country. As dusk falls, the group moves to Summerland Beach for the Penguin Parade, where Little Penguins, the world's smallest penguin species, emerge from the surf and make their way up the beach to their burrows. A guide accompanies the group throughout, and an audio guide app is included for additional context during the journey. Tickets cover return coach transfer from Flinders Street, guided admission to the Penguin Parade, access to the Nobbies and Seal Rocks, onboard Wi-Fi, and use of the audio guide app. Meals and beverages are not included. The tour is not suitable for wheelchair users.
