Along the way, guests sample a range of donuts that reflect the variety of the city's baking scene, including a bombolone, a brioche donut, and a selection from a well-known Greenwich Village shop. The guide covers the background of each stop, from the ingredients and techniques behind each style to the neighbourhood context.
