Universal's website listed the accurate hours. They apparently close at 6 pm on several days that they host evening events (in this case it was an event for high school seniors). We also had to wait up to 2 hours for our tickets to be delivered by email. It was already after 11 am and we couldn't enter the park until the tickets showed up in our inbox. I called customer service and they were able to expedite the process. We received the tickets shortly afterwards and had no further issues. There was still a considerable savings by buying the tickets online versus purchasing tickets at the gate, so I would still recommend purchasing them in this manner.”
