“The spa was fabulous. Headout - not so much. Directions to meet point were unclear and when chatting with Headout they simply sent the same link. No help. Could not access e-tickets - just a round robin deal that kept putting me back to description with no tickets though. Headout DID NOT convey my reservation to the blue lagoon staff so had to wait 20 minutes while the very helpful spa staff called Headout to verify. The drink included at lava restaurant was actually NOT included as they said it was an old promotion that had been finished for awhile. If you want a smooth experience -DO NOT book via Headout. What a headache.”

“Sowohl bei der Hinfahrt als auch bei der Rückfahrt waren die QR-Codes für den Busfahrer nicht ausreichend. Er fragte nach einer Print-Version für die Transfers. Auch vor Irt in der Blauen Lagune mussten wir warten, weil der WR-Code nicht eingelesen werden konnte. Also absolut unpraktisch. Wir würden nicht nochmal Mut Headout und der App buchen.”

“The pick up from the hostel was very easy. The Blue Lagoon was gorgeous and the facilities were great. The only thing that could have been more clearly communicated was the time of the bus that would bring us back.”

“I got your confirmation, but Blue Laggon had not rescieved the booking from you, . The clerk there had to make several phone-calls before I got in. Took lots of time, and because there was very busy, I was lucky they had a free spot for me.”
