The Hakone Lake Ashi Sightseeing Cruise is a sightseeing boat service on Lake Ashi, a caldera lake in the Hakone region roughly 80 kilometres south-west of Tokyo. The lake sits within Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park, and on clear days the route offers direct views of Mount Fuji across the water. Several of the vessels are styled as replica European galleons, a distinctive feature of the service.

The cruise runs between the lakeside ports of Togendai, Moto-Hakone, and Hakone-machi, with passengers free to board and disembark at any stop. The surrounding hillside is home to the Hakone Shrine torii gate, visible from the water. Tickets cover a single crossing or a return passage depending on the option selected, and the service operates year-round. For other Tokyo attractions, the Hakone area is well served by the Romancecar express from Shinjuku.
