Chef Chloe kept things laid-back but also made sure no one burned their dough (she’s got eyes like a hawk). The kitchen space was cute but got a bit noisy when everyone started chatting. I’m not a baker at all but left feeling like I could at least fake it. Pro tip: you will end up with flour on your shirt, just own it. Def would do this again if I’m in Paris.”

Instructions were super clear but tbh some parts moved fast—I got lost during the folding steps. Still, everyone was super friendly and our instructor, Sabrina, was patient w/ my endless questions. Wish we could’ve picked more fillings, but the ones we did try were yum. My daughter keeps talking about the blue croissants!”

“I’ve done a few classes like this, but this one was SPECIAL. There’s something about rolling out the dough in Paris, you know? The instructor (William) was hilarious, and he gave us all the tips for making croissants at home (spoiler: it’s harder than it looks, lol). I went solo and left with new friends, and a bag of croissants I totally devoured during the walk home. If you’re a nervous baker, don’t stress. They walk you through it.”
