“I am writing to formally escalate a very disappointing experience with Headout regarding my Paris “Turbo Essentials Pass – 2 Days”, which I booked through Headout with the assurance that it would make my Paris trip memorable. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely poor, and my entire trip was spoiled due to multiple service failures outlined below. 1. No Guide or Meeting Point Provided The Turbo Essentials Pass was sold as a guided tour, and I expected to meet a local guide who would provide tickets/passes and explain how to access each attraction. However, the pass I received did not include any meeting point or guide details. Despite contacting both Headout support and Turbopass support multiple times, neither team was able to provide a meeting point or connect me with a local agent. This was the primary issue that led to the complete failure of my tour. 2. Local Guide Contact Number Unreachable The local tour guide contact number provided on the Turbopass was not reachable at any time, making it impossible to resolve the issue on the ground. 3. Turbopass QR Code Rejected at Attractions I attempted to use the Turbopass QR code (received via email) at the following attractions, where it was rejected in all cases. Staff at each location informed me that I needed physical tickets or to connect with a guide to obtain entry: Eiffel Tower Big Bus (Hop-On Hop-Off) Tootbus (Hop-On Hop-Off) Notre Dame Express Entry Cruise Service Provider After repeated rejections, I stopped attempting to use the Turbopass at other attractions. 4. Clarification on Screenshots I am unclear about which screenshots are being requested, as I did not use any online application at the attractions. I only presented the QR code provided via email, which was rejected everywhere. 5. Total Loss of My 2-Day Pass As a result of these issues, I lost both days of my pass without visiting a single attraction, despite paying a significant amount. Had I known this would happen, I would have purchased tickets individually instead. 6. Extremely Poor Support Experience The support provided by both Headout and Turbopass provider was highly disappointing. Any of your competent travel service provider could have resolved this within 30 minutes by simply providing a local agent meeting point. Unfortunately, this basic request was never fulfilled. I am leaving Paris today after traveling all the way from India, and this has been a horrible experience. I effectively lost my money without receiving any service from either Headout or Turbopass. Given that no services were successfully used, I strongly request a refund for the unused Turbopass. I believe this is a fair and reasonable expectation considering the complete service failure.”
