“We went to a beautiful location, extremely well organised, Margot, our guide was amazing, seating, campfire, hot chocolate and hotdogs by the fire, even a heated tent for a loo was great for the girls. Never to be forgotten. First Class tour. Whilst seeing the lights cannot be guaranteed the arrangements, location and guide were superb. Bonus, we saw an amazing display of lights which continued for 2 - 3 hours and then safely delivered back to our accomodation by the guide and her great driver, Gregor who also worked hard to set up and clear camp in double quick time at the end of the evening, to get us all on our way back to Tromso.”

“We had a booked trip at 23/12, but the texted us that the tour is not going to be conducted due to not enough participation. We were ucky and one of their partners made the tour on 22/12. Due to the cloudy weather we did not manage to see clearly the aurora. The activity is pretty based on the weather and you may be disappointed after the trip. At the campfire they gave us tomato soup bread and hot chocolate which was very helpful in the cold weather.”

“We saw the lights but we felt the tour lacked professionalism. In particular the driver had personal calls on his phone, on speaker and spoke loudly. He also had what we believe was his girlfriend on board, occupying a front seat who he also engaged in personal conversations with during the tour and first of all he played awful rap music (or similar) at loud volume thru the trip even after he was asked to turn it off. He didn't seem to be aware of the impact his behaviour had on paying guests. The tour guide did his best. The tour description doesn't match the experience as it relates to snacks and light meals. We were offered hot drinks as and cookies only. So altho we saw the lights we cannot recommend this tour. In contrast we did the boat tour the following night and that was a great experience.”

“The trip was very well organised, and we had a wonderful and memorable evening reindeer sledding, feeding the reindeer and even seeing the Northern Lights. The supper provided was tasty, and in cosy sorroundings of a large yert-like tent; and the unexpected star was the Sami guy (I have no idea how to spell his Sami name) who gave us a short, but fascintaing insight into the life of a Sami reindeer herder. The only negative point I would raise is that at the meeting point there were several tours all departinng at the same time; a sign board would have gone a long way to make joining the tour a little less confusing. Having said that, we had a great night, and I would recommend the tour.”

“Wir haben ganz am Anfang die Polarlichter trotz schlechten Wetters gesehen. Trotzdem muss ich leider sagen, dass die Tour schlecht und überteuert war. Der Guide konnte kaum englisch. Er hat insgesamt ungefähr 10 Wörter gesagt. Es wurde kein Lagerfeuer gemacht, trotz des besseren Wetters am Abend. Es gabs keine Fotos und der Guide hatte auch keine Ahnung. Ich würde die Tour nicht empfehlen.”
