Old Estrella Damm Brewery

The Old Estrella Damm Brewery stands in the Eixample district of Barcelona as one of the city's most distinctive industrial landmarks. Estrella Damm, founded in 1876 by August Kuentzmann Damm and his wife, is the oldest brewery in Spain still in operation, and its original Barcelona site reflects the ornate Modernista architectural style that defines so much of the surrounding neighbourhood.
