“We had an extremely unpleasant experience with the tour.The contact personnel was rude and threatening us from the very beginning.He was supposed to arrive at the hotel at 8:00 am.At 8:02am , he messaged us saying if we do not arrive in 30 minutes the vehicle will leave.We went outside and checked, no vehicle was there.The driver went to some other hotel mistakenly.We did not create a fuss thinking language barrier might be causing his tone to be rude, also small confusions can happen along the way.Also, in Headout booking details, there was no surcharge amount mentioned.Day before the trip, the contact personnel had messaged us an jour wise surcharge chart.This transparency was not there when we made the booking Nect, the driver dropped us at the parking lot saying he will be there when we caome down.There was rainfall at top of Ba Na hills and we got I am an avid user of Getyourguide and Klook, never faced any trouble”
