Arrival and timing
The full day runs to approximately 12 hours, so arrive at Limmatstrasse 2 in good time before the scheduled departure. Wear warm, layered clothing and sturdy footwear: temperatures at the summit are significantly colder than at valley level, and conditions can change quickly at high altitude.
Getting around the venue
Once at Jungfraujoch, your ticket gives access to the Sphinx Observation Deck, the open plateau, the Ice Palace, and the 250-metre Alpine Sensation corridor. The Ice Palace is subject to weather and operational conditions on the day. A live guide accompanies the group throughout, so keep an ear out for instructions and stay with the group when moving between areas.
