Atlantis Cozumel: Submarine Experience is an underwater attraction off the coast of Cozumel, Mexico, operating aboard a passenger submarine that descends to depths of around 30 metres. It is the first tourist submersible in Mexico, running for approximately two hours from the departure point on Carretera a Chankanaab. A live guide accompanies each dive, narrating what passengers observe through the large viewing windows as the vessel moves along the reef.

A notable stop on the route is a sunken US Navy vessel, now encrusted with coral and serving as an artificial reef. The full experience runs for two hours, so arrive in good time before your booked slot to check in and get settled. Note that the marine park fee (MXN 225 or approximately USD 13 per person) is payable separately and is not covered by your ticket, so have this ready on the day. A locker is available to rent on site for MXN 100 if you need somewhere to store belongings.
