Arrive a few minutes before your chosen entry time so you can pass through the fast-track entrance without delay. The guided tour runs for approximately one hour and fifteen minutes, so factor that into your day when planning onward travel or meals.

Getting around the zoo

The experience takes place outdoors across the zoo grounds, where animals roam and interact in open areas rather than behind glass. An interactive guided tour in English is available and is the best way to make the most of the animal encounters. Note that food bags for animal interaction are not included in the ticket price and can be purchased separately on the day.

During your visit

• Follow all instructions from your zoologist guide, particularly around handling animals safely.
• Keep noise levels calm and avoid sudden movements near the wildlife.
• Check with staff on the day about photography guidelines, as rules may vary by animal enclosure.
